Inhabitation Inc. founder Robert James has a strong personal commitment to Green Building and incorporates a variety of "Green" and "Sustainable" features in his projects.

All excess materials are reused or donated to Habitat for Humanity.
All excess Metal, Cardboard, Cans, Bottles, and Styrofoam are Recycled.

To maintain high indoor air quality we enforce a No Smoking policy inside
all our projects.

We avoid Fiberglass Insulation and use better performing Cellulose, Cotton or Soy Based Sprayed Foam with Radiant Barriers where appropriate.

We have installed many Rain Water Systems.
We use Zero VOC environmentally friendly paints, finishes, and natural oils.

We use a variety of eco-friendly flooring including: Scored and Stained Concrete, Cork, Bamboo, Salvaged Wood & Wool Carpet.

We have experience with Clay Plaster, Strawbale, Autoclavd Aerated Concrete (AAC), Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs)
